Rory McCague is more at home playing online poker than mixing it face-to-face at Canary Wharf in London. But in his first live poker experience he won a package worth $15,000 to July’s World Series of Poker (WSOP) Main Event in Las Vegas.

Fifty City AM readers played in the Betfair Poker City Aces Challenge at the Poker Bunker. For those not involved in the game, there was the opportunity for a spot of golf in the state-of-the-art golf course simulators.

The tournament was the highlight of two months of online freerolls. In addition to the $15,000 seat, £3000 was distributed between the top-ten finishers.
