Despite a disappointing WSOP the Devilfish remains at the top of the tree, but we're going to stick our necks out and say he will be passed in the next couple of months. Top contenders include Joseph Grech who is up to second thanks to four final tables this year, and Julian Thew who is back to his winning ways after taking down a $5,000 Deep Stack event at the Venetian, bagging over $250K.
Remember, even though the WSOP is over, there are still plenty of events to grab points in - the second half of the GUKPT is underway ad Season 5 of the EPT starts next month.
